- I accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.
- If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible—I’ll do my best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Shipping
- All orders ship from Maryland; processing typically takes 1–3 business days, with delivery times varying by location.
- Currently, shipping is available only within the U.S.; international shipping is temporarily paused.
- Shipping costs a flat rate of $4 for U.S. orders, with free shipping on orders over $100.
- Every order includes tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance for your peace of mind.
- If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately so I can assist you.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email me at cl@clswol.com to begin the process.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; please use tracked and insured shipping.
- Refunds or store credit will be issued once the returned jewelry is received and inspected.
Product Information
- I use genuine gemstones, high-quality synthetic gemstones, and quality materials such as sterling silver, karat gold, stainless steel, Tyvek, and 3D-printed plastics.
- To care for your jewelry, avoid harsh chemicals and store pieces safely when not in use.

- Custom orders are not available at this time.
