Return Policy

At Carol-lynn Swol Jewelry Design, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a return is necessary, please email me at cl@clswol.com to notify me, and I will be happy to assist with the process. Returns for a refund, exchange, or store credit are accepted within 7 days of your receipt of the item.

Please ensure the jewelry is unworn, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Returns must be shipped with tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. I will confirm the receipt of your return once it has arrived at the studio.

In the event that your item does not arrive, please contact me within 5 days of the dispatch confirmation. If your item arrives damaged, kindly email me immediately with photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and a description of the damage so that a claim can be processed. Damaged items must be returned to me within 7 days of delivery.

Once the item is received, a replacement or refund will be issued. Please note, Carol-lynn Swol Jewelry Design is not responsible for loss or damage of items seized by customs or other government agencies, nor for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery.
